Keshavam Digital provides digital marketing, web design, development, SEO, social media management, content creation, and related services. All services are subject to a separate service agreement or project proposal accepted by both parties.

2. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
• Supply necessary content, assets, and approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure timely payment as per agreed terms
• Review and provide feedback within agreed timeframes

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom designs, content, and deliverables created exclusively for you become your property. Keshavam Digital retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We do not claim ownership of any content or materials you provide to us. You represent that you have the rights to use all materials submitted to us.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual project proposals. We typically require a deposit before commencing work, with the balance due upon completion or in agreed milestones. We reserve the right to pause work if payments are delayed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Keshavam Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of revenue or business. Our liability in any case is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

We may use third-party tools such as Google Analytics, advertising platforms, or hosting services. We are not responsible for the policies or actions of these third parties. Their use is subject to their own terms of service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly. Non-refundable deposits are retained unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance.
